- Contact and appointment information: your name, phone number, and email address when you book an appointment, submit a contact form, or join our email announcement list.
- Appointment history: the services you book and notes relevant to your hair services.
- Payment information: payments are processed by secure third-party processors (including Square and our booking provider, Acuity Scheduling by Squarespace). We do not store your full card number.
- Website usage: our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may use cookies and similar tools to run the site and understand visits.
How we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you about, and provide your appointments.
- To respond to your messages and questions.
- If you opted in, to send booking announcements such as openings and new services. You can opt out any time by replying to an announcement email or contacting us.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run our booking, payment, website, and email tools, and only as needed for them to do that work, or if required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the announcement list, at any time by contacting us.
