Appointments and booking

Appointments are booked online through our booking page. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled so the next client is not affected.

Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A first late cancellation or no-show is given grace. A second late cancellation or no-show is charged half the price of the booked service. After a third, we may discontinue booking future appointments.

Pricing

Prices listed on the booking site are starting prices. Your exact price is confirmed at your consultation or before your service begins, based on your hair and the work involved. Prices may change over time; the price confirmed for your appointment is the price you pay.

Consultations

Some services, including extensions and color corrections, require a consultation first so we can confirm the service is right for your hair and give you an exact plan and price.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Retail products are sold online through our retail partner and are subject to that store's shipping and return terms.
