Britni Barnello Maier
Britni Barnello, Aveda-trained and with over 12 years in the industry, creates haircuts and color that are as unique as her clients. Every detail—cowlicks, texture, and growth patterns—is thoughtfully considered to craft looks that are realistic, healthy, and effortless to maintain.
Known for her intentional, personalized approach, Britni blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of each client’s hair, lifestyle, and daily routine. She believes hair should not only look beautiful but feel easy and natural to live with.
Over the years, Britni has built a reputation for leadership, mentorship, and artistry, guiding both clients and fellow stylists toward their best looks. Her work reflects a commitment to precision, creativity, and the kind of personal care that makes every client feel seen and confident in their hair.
Outside the salon, Britni is passionate about continuous learning, exploring new techniques, and finding inspiration in nature, travel, and everyday beauty—all of which inform her work behind the chair.
Jami Blue
Jami Blue — also known as Jamisun Bree Blue (yes, that’s her birth certificate name, courtesy of her hippie parents) — has been in the beauty industry since graduating from the Aveda Institute Las Vegas in 2012. She currently holds cosmetology licenses in Arizona, Florida, and Colorado.
Jami is deeply passionate about hair color chemistry and loves understanding how ingredients work, why they behave the way they do, and what they mean for the long-term health of the hair. Beautiful results matter, but healthy hair always comes first. Known as a bit of a “blonde whisperer,” Jami specializes in dimensional blonding and enjoys the thoughtful process of going lighter the right way. She’s also growing a passion for grey blending, helping clients embrace and enhance what nature gives them.
Her creative career includes runway work for Catwalk for Water, conservation collaborations with Aveda salons and the Okeechobee River Watchers, competing on Bravo’s Battle of the Strands, working the MAGIC Fashion Show in Las Vegas, styling film productions with SCAD, and styling runway for Hooters regional and international pageants.
Outside the salon, Jami is adventurous, go-with-the-flow, fascinated by aviation, and deeply connected to nature. She’s known for her contagious laugh and childlike joy — especially when riding snowmobiles or dirt bikes.
